i found my GUESS!!

I forgot to tell you guys that I have found my GUESS sunglass!!
And I am so happy!!!!!!!!!

The first thing I did when I arrive in Portsmouth was I attacked GUESS outlet!
And went straight to the pole where they have the sunglass!
And I found mine the one and only one!!
I was so thrilled and went straight to the till and pay for it!!

Happy, happy, happy..

today..
i sleep, sleep, and sleep..
i feel like i'm a zombie~
the cough is knocking my throat,,
but i'm trying my hard to not let it in..

go away from me, cough!!

then, the zombie watch a movie..
a nice one..

At first, i thought this movie is a chaos where a fast speed unman train is going to bump into a train that carries a group of students who are on a field trip..
But i was wrong..
It is just about how to stop the 777 train..
But, it was good though!!

It also does include a love life in it..
The man who quarrel with his wife, finally get back together..
That man doesn’t believe in his wife and that has frustrated her..

When this man realised that he should trust his loyal wife, he regrets..
But, his wife doesn’t want to see him or contact him because of that..
However, knowing that her husband is in danger, she is worried!
Even though she looks like having a cold heart, deep inside she loves and cares about her husband..

That part is highlighted by me..
Hehe..
Because it is meaningful..

Then, i went down cooking since i live in boredom!

Boxing day is an event on every 26th December.. which means a day after Christmas day..
Well, on this day, most of the shops, I would say 99% would lower down their price up to 70%.. maybe 90%?? Haha..
So, it is really worthy to shop at that time..
Especially branded goods!
To compare the price in Malaysia, it is worth to buy branded goods on that time..

Now it’s their turn to come down to where I live, wonderful CANTERBURY!!
Really enjoy spending time with them..

Along their stay in Canterbury, we went photo shooting around Canterbury, well, where else to go right?? Hehe

Then, special for them, we went to Bluewater and had a 3D movie!! Awesome! =)
Also, visit the winter wonderland..

Then, from Canterbury > London (heading to Portsmouth)
We say goodbye to one of my girlfriends..
She decided to go back leaving us!!
Not joining us to Portsmouth for boxing day due to workloads~

So, with my other girlfriend and my housemate, there we were in Portsmouth!!
Warm welcome from my ex-schoolmate!
As a return, bubur pulut hitam was made for them!!
It has been a long time since I was craving for it..

baking!!

it is winter break!!
so,,
baking time!!!!

i've been waiting for this moment for so long!!

since my home oven doesn't work so well, i planned with my juniors who live in university accomodation to bake cake together!!

1st stop,
i bake oreo cheesecake!
this time i followed the real recipe..
the result: SEDAPPPPP!!
*before this i use derhaka punya recipe.. =P

glad that they can accept my presence.. =P

i was really attracted with red-velvet cake recipe that i found in my sifu's blog,
so idecided to bake 1~
my juniors and i were being so obidience without derhaka-ing the resepi..
but...
it didn't turn out to be red but brown-blackish instead..
huhuu..
but it does taste good!
so, i named it as:
BLACK-ROSE VELVET CAKE!

..black-rose-velvet cake..

next!!
i got home with my junior..
the next morning, we baked a cake using my disfunctional oven! haha
it was:
NESLO TOFFEE CAKE!!

..NESLO Tofee cake..

the recipe was easy..
since i was lack of ingredience, i modified it a liltle bit and make own topping!!
SO...
can i share the recipe with you allss?? hee..
feel more confident to share since i modified it =P

3 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1/2 cup nescafee powder (stir with hot water)
1 cup Milo
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups plain flour

1. beat the eggs with the sugar
2. add the oil and continue beating
3. add plain flour little by little
3. add also the baking soda, baking powder, Milo, vanilla essence and nescafee
**if the mixture is too thick, add a little bit og hot water

heat in 180'c oven for 30 minutes.. DONE!

simple? YESSSSSSS!

topping:
heat for about 1 1/2 cup of water. add about 2-3 tbs of nescafee powder. add condense milk in it. then, add about 3 tbs of custard powder. with slow heat, stif the mixture untill it become thick. if it is not thick enough, do add more custard powder in it. DONE!
**it is just like making milk nescafee but just add the custard powder.. cool isn't it??

I know i was here last when the snow came down..
But this year is different!!
I think its the worst because my uni was closed for two days due to heavy snow..
Cool wasn’t it?? =P
We played in the snow..





Then,
Uni closed on Thursday, Friday, continue with weekend Saturday and Sunday. Then, i didn’t have class on Monday as well as Tuesday!!
6 days of holi-holidays!!
Wee~
Since the snow was great, i didn’t miss the opportunity to sledge!!
It was awesome!!
Yeay!! Really enjoy it~

After the first hit, the snow came again and hit Canterbury for the 2nd time!

It caused heavy traffic and burned my shift!
I walked to work that day but, they asked me to go home because they didn’t need me and Sports Direct is going to close earlier..
Burn my GBP 21..
So sad right?
Hurm.. i didn’t have the opportunity to sledge in the 2nd snow hit.. =(
I wish i could..

Another good news!!
New members of the family have arrived!

On 17th October 2010,
A princess of my brother and my sister in law has come to this world..
She is surprisingly a GIRL!!
If she is a boy, the name will be AIMAN SYAHMI
But, she is a girl..
Name searching need to be done!
A good news for me!
She is my first niece!!
I named her!!
when she's big girl, she will know that her MAKSU named her =)

I looked up the internet, Googling the meaning..
I found out that it means ‘a beautiful lady’..
With that Aisya will grow as a great beautiful lady.. =)
She is growing now! At this time, she is now 2 months.. she looks bigger! and CUTER! And SMARTER!!

I got to know that my eldest sister, mom to Putra, is 2-month pregnant!!
Yeay!!
Putra is going to have sister or brother!!
She will due in July..
Therefore,

I AM CERTAINLY GOING BACK TO MALAYSIA THIS COMING SUMMER!

toothache brought me to Dover

Bad toothache!
Huhu.. wisdom tooth is coming out..
And i became like a HAMSTER!
Because my gum was swelling n it was really hurt!!
For once, i asked to go back earlier from my manager from work because i can work no more in pain!
Then,
For once in my second year degree, i had skipped class..
Because i need to go to see the dentist in Dover, the only dentist that available on that day. =(
Dover is about 40 minutes by bus from Canterbury where i live..
Isn’t it far??

a little bit about Dover:

well from the seaside at Dover, u can see France!

it's a place where there is Channel Tunnel to go to France! =)

Nothing much had been said..
I just need to take the antibiotics that was given..
Sigh~
The GOOD thing was.. it was snowing heavily in Dover compare to Canterbury!
Well it has snowed in Canterbury in November..

*the first this year, i was working in store and when i finished, the snow had stopped.. T_T
Btw, it was said that it was the earliest snow since the last 17 years!
Well, i don’t want to talk about snow yet..

that is the point of today's entry..

it was on sunday,

which i was planning to start working on my works!!

urrgghhhh...

i couldn't wake up!

after skyping with my beloved mum *as ussual*,

i wanted to get out of my bed and have some breakfast..

but...

my whole world is spinning..

everything that i saw was some kind of moving,

spinning like gasing..

i want to puke as well!!

i can't potray my dizziness in words..

it was very undescribable..

at some points, it was simmilar like being on a boat in the sea..

huhhuu..

but i'm fine if i just lay down statically..

then, i'll be okey..

i don't know what has happened to me..

it was terrible..

it happens to me several times before,

but still,

i can't bear the sickeness!!

my mum was with me, we were on skype..

she got worried because i was 4 hours sick in front of her and not moving anywhere and did not have anything to eat..

at last, i force my self to wake up because i really need to go to the toilet!

then i threw up..

i hate when i threw up!!

eeuuwww!

my mum who was worried about my condition, couldn't sleep tight when thinking of her daughter is being sick thousand miles away from her..

she woke up in the middle of the night and gave me a call to check on me..

i felt so bad for making her that worried about me..

i'm sorry mum..

hurmm..

after having cough and flu for almost a month, i thought that it was the end, but the dizzyness came to replace..

however,

i'm glad and very grateful as i gain my health back..

my cough and blooded flu has gone now..

no more serious dizzyness as well..

Alhamdulillah..

i miss my GUESS..

i'm sad..

very very sad..

suddenly my GUESS shades crossed my mind..

as i told you before, i lost it when i was in Krakow, Poland..

i traced it and realised that i left it in the autumn leaves.. =(

so sad..

i bought it in Portsmouth at GUESS outlet..

it was only 25 GPB and i will never get it with that price..

i love it so much..

when i have lost it, i realised that i love it so much..

i've asked my friend in POrtsmouth to have a look at the outlet whether or not the shades is still on sale..

but she said that there is no more..

T__T

feel like crying..

i'm more than will to pay for it even if they doubled the price..

okey lah..

i have my Mandarin test tomorrow which i haven't study a word!

hope i will find the same shades again..

mayb now she has other younger sister from her in-law's..

we grew up together..

still remember when we were in SP,

i was a penakut girl when i was little..

*but it turns out to be the other way round when we grow up* =P

always ask her to wait for me outside the toilet whenever i want to take bath..

i was so afraid because there was Chinese grave at the back of our house in the bushes!

any chlid would be afraid right??

i used to be same school with my sister..

there was one time when i fall down n hurt my knee..

she came and see me at the office and give me cards to play to cheer me up..

i had a friend who was so not nice,

whenever i feel offended with my friend, my sis will go straight to my friend and sounded her!

haha..

she is the brightest in our family..

she always get good result in her studies..

she is so hardworking..

do the book exercises, revising..

i still remember,

i asked her questions from her book and she answered..

that was to help her with her revision..

me??

always buy one set of exercise books for each subject early of the year..

but they will end up blank!

i was so not doing them!

haha..

back to her story..

she got an excellent SPM result..

who else can beat her??

i could never excell like her..

then, she entered the university..

she was getting far away from me..

but, when i ask somthing from her,

she always spare her allowence money to buy me stuffs..

thank you sis!!

i'm always her listeners..

she always tell me stuffss..

she always give me strength..

she got married when i'm too far to attend the wedding..

really upset!!

always dream to be by her side on her wedding day..

but i'm too far for that..

i can't believe that she is now married..

we closely grew up together..

i can't believe she getting a baby really soon!!

but i always pray for her happiness, safety, and good health..
